Stroudsburg, Pa. Nov. 25, 1864
Special Order, No. 199 - Extract.- Notice is hereby given, warning all citizens
against purchasing, or exchanging Clothing or Arms with Soldiers of Company D, 21st
Penna. Cavalry. Violation of this Order will result in the arrest of the party or
parties so violating, and the seizure of the clothing and arms.
