DARE-DEVIL SPEED.
On Wednesday a train of cars, without passengers, made the run from Poughkeepsie to
Peekskill, distance thirty two miles, in thirty minutes. This, we believe, is the
greatest speed ever attained on any road in this country. Albany Register
