(Stroudsburg, Pa.) 1853-1911: June 20, 1867 In Stroud township, at the residence of his son, Pugh Decker, Mr. James Decker, aged 86 years. Mr. Decker resided in this neighborhood from his childhood, and when a young man, helped haul the stone for the Mansion House, at the head of Main st., now occupied by James H. Stroud, Esq. His death resulted from the fracture of the thigh bone, from which he suffered since last fall.
