(Stroudsburg, Pa.) 1853-1911: July 03, 1873 At his residence, in Hamilton township, on the 24th inst., Charles Saylor, Esqr., aged 66 years, 5 months and 26 days. The deceased was a native of the township in which he lived and died, and was for many years prominent as a Merchant and Hotel Keeper at Saylorsburg, which place was named after him. He was for a long time a Justice of the Peace for Hamilton township, and lived his days among his friends and neighbors, with a reputation unsullied in every respect...
