Jeffersonian Republican. (Stroudsburg, Pa.) 1853-1911: February 26, 1874 & March 19, 1874
At East Stroudsburg, February 23, 1874, Miss Sarah L., wife of Mr. Jesse R. Smith,
aged 45 years, 9 months and 3 days. Mrs. Smith was born the 20th of May, 1823, at
Moravia, Cayuga Co., N. Y. She was the daughter of the Rev. Geo.Taylor, who was
pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Moravia, for 17years... Services at the
Presbyterian Church, in this borough, (to-day) Thursday, at 2 o'clock, pm. The
friends will meet at the late residence of the deceased, East Stroudsburg, at 1
o'clock.  Interment at the Cemetery.
