Mr. Yeamans was born at Charlestown, Maryland, on April 5, 1836. He died of a complication of ailments having been in poor health for the last three years. Had he lived he would have been 84 years of age on April 5. The deceased is survived by the following children: Two sons, Edward Yeamans, of East Stroudsburg; John Yeamans, of Saxton, Pa., and four daughters Mrs. Clinton Buzzard of Bethlehem; Mrs. Annie Sigler, of Philadelphia; Mrs. Mary Shelly of Hamburg, NJ; Mrs. Isaac Jenkins of Duryea, Pa. the remains were brought to the Stroudsburg cemetery.
