He has lived in Milwaukee for the last year and previously lived with his son Dutton Lightcap at Briarfield AL. Mr. Lightcap reached the good old age of 85 years. His fatal illness was caused by paralysis and was about one weeks duration. Until a dozen years ago, Mr. Lightcap was a citizen of Pottstown and worked for many years as a loco engineer on the Pike and Reading Rd and later was employed as an engineer by the Pottstown Iron Co. His wife died in 1882. He was a brother of Mrs. Sarah Wylie No 226 South St Pottstown, and Mrs. Col. A.H. Tippin of Phila.
