We encourage links to the state and county table of contents. ____________________________________________________ Will of Ann Matson Montgomery County, Pennsylvania Will Bk. 1, p. 515 Be it remembered that on the twenty second day of the twelfth Month called December in the year of our lord One thou- sand seven hundred and ninety five I Ann Matson of the Township of Upper Merion in the County of Montgomery Widow being far advanced in old Age & Infirm in Body but of perfect un- derstanding have thought proper to make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following Vizt- First I Will and Order all my Just debts and funeral charges too be fully paid- Item I give and bequeath to my Son Isaac Matson the sum of fifteen Shillings Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Hannah the Wife of Philip Daugherty the sum of fifteen Shillings Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary the Wife of Arthur ONeil the sum of fifteen shillings and to her Daughter Hannah the sum of three pounds Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Ann Mashes Children the sum of four pounds apiece also to her Daughter Elizabeth my Bed Bedstead and Beding[sic] Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Rambos Children the sum three pounds apiece Item, I give and bequeath to my Daughter Anna Jameses Children the sum of three pounds apiece Item, I give and bequeath to Daughter Esther Rees's Children the sum of four pounds apiece except her oldest Son Ely whom I give the sum of seven pounds I also give to her daughter Sarah my looking Glass- Item, I give and bequeath to my Son Peter Matson's four Children as follows Vizt to Peter the sum of Seven pounds and my Clock allowing his Father the use of the said Clock during the term of his natural life--To Susannah the sum of seven pounds, and to Elizabeth and Hannah the sum of three pounds apiece- Item I give and bequeath all my wareing[sic] Apparel to be equally divided between my daughter Ann Marsh's and my daughter Esther Rees's Daughters part & share alike Item New page Item I give and bequeath all the rest and residue of my whole estate whatsoever and whithersoever to be equally divi- ded between the Children of my said daughter Ann Mash and the Children of my said Daughter Esther Rees part and share alike Item I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Son Peter Matson with my Esteemed Friend Nathan Potts to be my Executors of this my last Will and Testamunt Finally I do hereby revoke disanul[sic] and make void all former Wills Testaments legacies Gifts or bequests either by word of mouth or in writing Rattifying[sic] and confirming This only to be my last Will and Testament In Tes- timony whereof I hve hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written- Signed sealed published and her declared by the aforesaid Ann Ann X Matson Matson for her last Will mark and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers Benjamin Cunard Isaac Dehaven
