On the Petition of John Rees Eldest son and Heir at Law of Henry Rees
Late of Upper Millford, Decd, setting forth that your Petitioners
Father died Intestate About A year past Leaving issue Eight Children
to Wit John your Petitioner, Catherine now the Wife of Christian
Riner, Barbara now the Wife of George Stahl, Mary Elizabeth now the
wife of Jacob Flickinger, Henry, John, George, and Andrew and
Elizabeth, the last four of whom are under the Age of Twenty One
years that the said Intestate Died siezed of a certain Plantation and
Tract of two hundred and fifty Acres (more or less) Situate in the Sd
Township of Upper Millford Your Petitioner ... your worhips to award
an Inquest to make Partition of the said ... (at this point my copy
has smudge marks down the middle but it appears to be standard
request for partition in OC records).
