And as to such worldly estate as it has pleased God to entrust me, I dispose of as follows to wit. I order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executor hereinso named, as soon after my decease as can be done out of any monies that may come into his hands from the sale of either my personal or real estate. First, I give and bequeathe to my son Jeremiah Trexler 1 cow, 2 pictures in my front room, 1 bed, 2 chairs and carpet now in the room occupied by him in my houses present residence. Second, the residence of my estate real and personal I direct my executor to sell at private or public sale as he shall deem most advantageous, hereby giving him full power to execute all necessary and legal conveyances for the transfer of title. Third, I give to Adaline Bachman, my grand daughter daughter of my deceased daughter Lavina Twenty dollars, To my grand daughter Emma Elizabeth Newcomb daughter of my deceased daughter Elizabeth Twenty dollars. Fourth I direct after the payment of the above bequests and the costs of settlement of my estate, that the balance be divided among my six children namely Mary Lee, Benjamin Seibert, Caroline Hahn, intermarried with Fred Hahn, Emma intermarried with Samuel Snyder, Sabilla intermarried with Jesse Roseberry and Jeremiah Trexler share and share alike. I do further nominate, constitute and appoint Daniel Hineland of the Borough of Easton the sole executor of this my last will and testament. (Illegible) Easton, May 23, 1876 H. M. Muschler Thos.
