Taunschip Northampton County dasz seine Jatstige Ehefrau Maria 
Magdalena ihren sitz in seinem hausz haben soll nach ihres Ehemans 
Tod so lang sie Leben Thut Dieses ist mein Will ferner ist mein Will 
dasz meine Ehefrau Maria Magdalena Keines von meinen Kindern oder sonst
Jemand macht haben soll sie zu Beleidigen oder aiszubindenausz mein 
hausz und Dieses vest zu halten so habe ich selbst meine hand zu siegel 
unterzeugnet Geschehen in Heydelberg den 30 Tag Mertz 1795.

NB ferner verspricht Ludwig Braumiller und ist mein Will dasz meine 
Jarzige Ehefrau Maria Magdalena noch zu ihrem Jarlichen unterhalb haben
soll dasz Land und schwam wo geklart ist nach meinem Tod so lang sie 
Leben Thut Geschehen in Heydelberg Taunship den 30 Tag Mertz 1795

Translation of the will of Ludwig Braumiller

Be it known hereby to each and all, especially those directly 
concerned:  That today to the end of the last day and date an orderly 
and sincere agreement is written and sealed.  First Ludwig Braumueller 
of Lehigh township, Northampton County, promises that his present wife 
Maria Magdelena is to maintain her residence in his house after her 
husbands death as long as she lives.  This is my will.  Further it is 
my will that none of my children nor anyone else have the power to put
my wife Maria Magdalena out of my house.  And to keep this agreement 
firm, I have caused to have set my hand and seal in Heydelberg, 
March 30, 1795.
     
NB.  Further Ludwig Braumueller promises:  And it shall be my will that
my present wife, Maria Magdalena, shall have the land and swamp which 
is cleared, for her support after my death as long as she lives.  
Done in Heydelberg township, March 30, 1795.
