Notes: and the "privilege of backing the water on his Property so
that it may be no detriment to his Mill." Forster agrees "to put on
the property no Grist Mill or Saw Mill upon any part of the land but
to back the water for a Forge".  Also the said Forster "is to make
use of the land for building or thing else other that what is
enumberated above".  "Further, the said Forster agrees to in any work
he may please upon the property he will not inquire and of Daniel
Harps Mills which lay above  Bridge."
