Deed Book 98 page 559 Release of Edward Wetzel et al to Airsman J Seiler, Admr Est Jul 7th AD 1888 Know all men by these present, that We, Edward Wetzel, and Lavina Klase of Middleberg, Elkhart Co, Ind, Jeremiah Wetzel of Titusville, Penn, James Wetzel, and William Wetzel, of Sunbury, Penna, Isaac Wetzel. Levi Wetzel, and Eliza Wayne, (formerly Wetzel) of Lower Augusta township, Northumberland County, Penna, and Mary Raker, (formerly Wetzel), of Rockefeller Township, Northumberland county, Penna, being the sons and daughters and heirs of Jeremiah Wetzel, late of the township of Lower Augusta, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, who died inteste, do hereby acknowledge, that we this day have had and received of and from Airsman J Seiler, Administrator of the estate of the said Jeremiah Wetzel, deceased, the sum of Seven hundred and twenty three dollars, and ten cents ($723.10) in full satisfaction and payment of all such sun or sums of money, share or shares purparts[?] and dividends which were due, owing, payable and belonging to us, ny any means whatsoever for or on account of our full share, part, or dividend of the real and personal estate of our said father, deceased, and therefore We, the said Edward Wetzel, Livina Klase, Jeremiah Wetzel, James Wetzel, William Wetzel, Isaac Wetzel, Levi Wetzel, Eliza Wayne, and Mary Raker, do by these present remise, release, quit claim, and forever discharge the said A. J. Seiler, his heirs, executors, and administrators of and from the said shares or dividends of the estate aforesaid, and of and from all actions suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and demands whatsoever, for or by reson therof, or of any other acts, matters, cause, or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the world to the days of the date of these presents In Witness whereof We have hereunto set our hands and seals, this 11th day of June AD one thousand eight hundred eighty eight 1888.
