Also, A certain other island, situate in the same river, in the township and county aforesaid, and nearly contiguous to the above mentioned, known as TIMOTHY Island, containing three acres, more or less. Also, A certain other island, situate in the same river, in the township and county aforesaid, and nearly contiguous to the above mentioned, known by the name of HUSTERMAN's Island, containing twenty-eight acres, more of less, all of which are cleared, - Seized, taken in execution, and to be sold as the property of John HARTMAN Jr. Also, The undivided three fourth parts of a certain tract of land situate in Coal township, in the county of Northumberland, adjoining lands of John BOYD, Wm. WILSON, Peter MAURER, Michael KROLL, and Frederick KRAMER, containing 367 acres and ninety perches and allowance, surveyed the 23rd day of October 1794, on a warrant to Mathias ZIMMERMAN, dated the 27th day of August 1793 - Seized, taken in execution and to be sold as the property of John SNEVELY. Also, A certain tract of land, situate in Shamokin township, Northumberland county, bounded north by lands of John RUNKLE, east by land of Leonhard PENSYL, and south by lands formerly owned by Judge RHAWL, and west by other lands of the defendant, all lying west of and bounded by the public road leading from Paxinos to Shamokin town, containing 70 acres more or less, whereupon are erected a two story frame dwelling house, a bank barn, and other out-buildings. Seized, taken in execution and to be sold as the property of Christian KABLE. Also, By virtue of a certain writ of Allias Ven. Exponas to me directed, will be sold a certain lot of ground situate in the borough of Milton, in that part of said borough called Upper Milton, in Upper Market street, bounded north by said Upper Market street, east by lot of Widow WALLIS, south by an alley, and west by lot of Jacob KRAM, containing 33 feet front and 130 feet in depth, whereon is erected a two story frame dwelling house.
