Conrad eldest son and heir at law of Henry Conrad late of the township of Lower Augusta in the said county deceased, Henry B. Conrad, Samuel B. Conrad, and Benjamin B. Conrad by Daniel Ruffaner to whom said Benjamin has assigned his interest, all sons and heirs and legal representatives of said deceased, was preferred to the court setting forth. That the said Henry Conrad died intestate about three since leaving issue the above named petitioners who are all of full age; and that the said intestate died seized in his demesne as of as of fee, of and in the following described real estate to wit, a certain tract of land situate in Lower Augusta township in said county Bounded on the west by lands of Samuel Reiser, on the south by lands of Daniel Ruffaner, on the East by lands of Daniel Heilman, containing ninety acres more or less with all the appurtenances. No partition or valuation of the said estate having been had, your petitioners pray the court to order and appoint John Starner, Abram Shipman, Daniel Zertman, Samuel Gerringer, John Zimmerman, Daniel Heilman, Daniel Zimmerman, who were chosen by your peitioners for that purpose to make partition or valuation of the said premises, according to the laws of this commonwealth in such case made and provided and to make report of their proceedings herein, at the next Orphans Court after they shall have so parted or valued the same.
