Marriage License, Costello & Kurtz, #19390
Northumberland Co. 
Personally appreared before me, a Justice of the Peace in & for said County, Michael D. 
Costello, who, being duly qualified according to law, did dispose and say that a marriage 
is contemplated by and between the man and woman first hereafter named, and that the 
answers to the following interrogatories are correct and true:
Name of man, Michael D. Costello 
Name of woman, Emma M. Kurtz
Relationships of the parties, either by blood or by marriage, none
Age of man, and where born, 34 years, Ireland.
Age of woman, and where born, 28 years Trevorton, Pa.
Residence of the man, Coal Twp., Pa.
Residence of the woman, Shamokin, Pa.
Parent's names - man, John & Margaret Costello
Parents' names - woman, John & Emma Kurtz
Color of parties, white, occupation of man, School teacher, occupation of woman, none
and that I know of no reseaon why said marriage may not be lawfully made, and 
thereupon request that a license be issued therefor.

Whereuponh a Marriage License was issued in due form of law, this 17th day July 1911.

Aug. 7th 1911.  Duplicate certificate signed by Rev. Edward O'Flynn certifying to the 
solemnizatiion of said marriage at Shamokin, Pa. on July 25th 1911, recieved and filed
