Exit Order Feb. 4, 1840 The petition of David Dunkleberger, Administrator of John Ferster dec' -- Humbly showing That the estate of John Ferster of Little Mahanoy Township dec' was divided into four pieces - that one of the pieces containing 182 acres 153 perches strict measure was taken at the valuation by Peter Ferster, eldest son of said dec' and one piece containing 20 acres 73 perches was taken at the valuation by Samuel Swinehart, intermarried with one of the daughters of said Dec'. The 1/2 part of a tract of mountain land containing in the whole 242 acres 104 perches strict measure and a piece containing 20 acres 5 perches have not been taken at the appraisement. The petitioner therefore prays as administrator of said dec' prays the court to order and direct the two pieces last mentioned to be sold at such time and place as the said Admr may deem most advantageous. ----- Whereupon Jany 6, 1840.
