Marriage License, Hepler & Osgood, #8093
Northumberland Co. 
Personally appreared before me, a J. P. of said County, William F. Hepler, who, being 
duly qualified according to law, did dispose and say that a marriage is contemplated by 
and between the man and woman first hereafter named, and that the answers to the 
following interrogatories are correct and true:
Name of man, Wm. F. Hepler 
Name of woman, Presilla Osgood
Relationships of the parties, either by blood or by marriage, none
Age of man, and where born, 22 years, Pitman, Schuylkill Co., Pa.
Age of woman, and where born, 21 years, Mt. Carmel, Pa.
Residence of the man, Mt. Carmel
Residence of the woman, Mt. Carmel
Parent's names - man, George K. & Presilla 
Parents' names - woman, John & Mary
Color of parties, white, occupation of man, Drier [?], occupation of woman, none
and that he know of no reseaon why said marriage may not be lawfully made, and 
thereupon request that a license be issued therefor.

Whereuponh a Marriage License was issued in due form of law, this 15 day February 
1898. Frederick Haas, Clerk of Orphans' Court
February 25, 1898.  Duplicate certificate signed by Rev. R. Harris certifying to the 
solemnizatiion of said marriage at Mt. Carmel on February 23 1898, recieved and filed
