Pet. for Writ of Partition (8.14.1852) Petition granted - 30 days per notice to be given parties interested; entered pg. 378-9-80 The petition of JACOB WAGNER, guard./o HENRY LONG, s/o Geo. Long, dec. late of Cameron Twp.; and of JACOB HAUPT, guard/o WM. LONG another s/o of the dec.; the said GEO. LONG having d. intestate, leaving a wid. LEAH LONG, and issue 8 ch.: to wit: SAMUEL, JOHN, DANIEL, JACOB, PETER -- all in their majority; and HENRY a minor, guard Jacob Wagner; WILLIAM, a minor, guard, Jacob Haupt; HANNAH a minor, guard. DAVID BILLMAN; and leaving one (1) grand child JOHN SCHLEIGH, the only c/o CATHERINE one of the daughters of the dec. GEO. LONG, who was intermarried with Daniel Schleigh, and is now dec. which said JOHN SCHLEIGH is guarded by Daniel Schleigh. That the said GEO. LONG died seized of the following tracts of land to wit: (1) land in Cameron Twp. adj. lands of John Wary, Isaac Hoffa, and other, containing 200 A. the mansion property en whihe the said dec. resided at the time of his death, on which are erected a log house and large bank barn. (2) Cameron Twp. etc....... adjoins above tract and other lands of the intestate on which JOHN LONG resided and lands of John Boyer, containing 100A about 40A cleared. (3) Located as above, adj. George Wary, George Derk, Treverton Coal Co, Christian Kreamer, John Kerstetter and others 218 A. erected a log house, bank barn, where SAMUEL LONG, s/o dec. Geo. now resides. (4) Loc as above, adj. Isaac Hoffa, Peter Weikel and others, containing 42A; erected log house and bank barn; where JACOB LONG, s/o dec. now resides. (5) Loc. as above; adj. tract last above named and two (2) other tracts containing 200A and 100A adg. lands of Peter Weikel, containing 56A - about 48A cleared. (6) Loc. as above, adj. Isaac Hoffa, Thomas Henninger, and others, containing 30A all woodland. (7) Loc. as above, adj. lands of John Boyer, Peter Weikel, the above named 100A John Haupt and others, containing about 37A erected log house and bank barn, where JOHN LONG s/o of the dec. Geo now resides. (8) Loc. as above, adj. last above tract, Peter Weikel and the above named 100A 56A, containing about 50A nearly all cleared. (9) Loc. as above, adj. John Weary, David Billman, and others, containing 56A erected log house and barn, where DANIEL LONG s/o the dec. George now resides. (10) Loc. as above, adj. last above mentioned tract, David Billman and others nearly all cleared containing about 27A. (11) As tenant in Common, the one equal undivided 1/2 (one-half) part in Cameron Twp. adj. John Wary, and the tract last above described and containing 56A and other lands containing about 1 1/2A erected small house and saw-mill, T/C Daniel Dunkelberger. (12) T/C - Dan'l Dunkelberger, the one undivided 1/3 part in Cameron Twp. adj. David Billman, the last above desc. 56A tract containing about 20A unimproved.
