Principally and first of all, I command my immortal soul into the hands of God, who gave it, and my body to the earth, to be buried in decent and Christian like manner, at the discretion of my executors herein after named; and as to such worldly estate, wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with, in this life, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner. It is my will, that my beloved son Jacob Conrad shall have my old farm, where he now lives, to join on Hills line, and the Hill Field, and all what is in the line, to have and to hold the same to himself, his heirs and assigns forever, for the sum of six hundred pounds, to be paid in the following manner, viz, forty pounds one year after my decease, and annually the sum of forty pounds till all is paid. And my beloved son Henry Conrad, his heirs and assigns shall have all that plantation, where he now lives for the sum of five hundred pounds to be paid in the following manner. Thirty pounds one year after my decease and the sum of thirty pounds yearly till all is paid. And it is my will that my beloved son John Conrad, his heirs and assigns forever, shall have all that plantation, where he now lives, it being the same that I purchased from George Harrison containing one hundred and fifty acres, more or less, for the sum of four hundred and fifty pounds to be paid in the following manner, thirty pounds one year after my decease and the term of thirty pounds yearly till the whole is paid. And it is my will that my beloved daughter Mary intermarried with David Mehlich, her heirs and assigns, shall have all that plantation where David Mehlich now lives containing one hundred and sixty acres, more or less, for the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds. And it is further my will that the heirs of my daughter Susanna, who was intermarried with George Hall, shall have all that plantation whereon George Hall now lies for the sum of fifty pounds, and it is my will that the said George Hall shall live on the said farm free of any rent during his natural life. It is to be observed that all my children, who have received lands by me here before appraised, shall have their share of my estate coming to each of them deducted, out of the sums before named and specified, and pay only the balance in the manner before mentioned. And it is further my will, that if any of my children shall be indebted to me either by Bonds, Notes, or book accounts, that the amount thereof shall be deducted out of their respective shares of my estate. My son Nicolaus Conrad has received in cash seventy nine pounds, seven shillings, and six pence. Futher it is my will that my son Nicolaus Conrad shall have the house and two lots in Sunbury wherein I now live, if he should like to live in it, to him and his heirs and assigns forever, for the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds. And it is my will that the patent fees of the one hundred acres of land which Jacob Conrad has in possession shall be paid out of my estate. And it is further my will that if Henry Conrad shall have any more trouble in law, with his land by me given to him, that all legal costs and damages shall be paid him out of my estate. And it is futher my will that if any of my children shall refuse to accept of any of the land by me allotted and appraised, or that I should leave any other real estate, than what I have so allotted or appraised, that my executors hereafter named or the survivor of them shall have power to sell the same at public sale for the best price that can begotten, and make a deed or deeds to the purchaser or purchasers thereof.
