I Henry B. Conrad of the Borough of East Sunbury in the County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. And as to such estate as it has pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows, viz: First I do direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently can be, after my decease, by my Executrix herein after named. Second, All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my decease I give, devise, and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Ann Conrad to have and to hold the same during her natural life giving and granting to my said wife Mary Ann Conrad the full right and privilege to dispose of all such real and personal property at public or private Sale as she may see fit, and give good and sufficient Deed or Deeds for the sale of such or any real Estate by her sold to the purchaser or purchasers the same as I could myself do were I living at the time, and the proceeds derived therefrom from such sale shall be used and enjoyed by her my said widow Mary Ann Conrad. for her support during her natural life or for the payment of any of my debt or debts, should there be any at the time of my decease. And further it is my wish and desire that my son Charles Conrad and my daughter Margaret Conrad shall or may stay or live with their mother if they chose to do so as long as they can agree or can get along with their said Mother, and in case the said Margaret Conrad should do any nursing for my said wife the said Mary Ann Conrad than she shall receive such compensation out of my Estate as may be deemed Just and right by her mother. And lastly I appoint my beloved wife Mary Ann Conrad the Executor of this my last Will and testament. Set my hand and seal this 28th day of May AD 1895. Henry B.
