ERDMAN, deceased. In the name of God, I, ELLIS T. ERDMAN, of Upper Mahanoy in the County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at anytime heretofore made.- As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows, viz.: First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my Executors, herein after named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. Second, I give, device and bequeath in trust unto my beloved wife, AMELIA ERDMAN, all my property, real, personal, and mixed during her lifetime. Third, after her death, I give, devise, and bequeath unto my beloved friends, NORA FETTEROLF, widow of JAMES FETTEROLF, deceased, and KATE FETTEROLF intermarried to JOHN FETTEROLF their heirs and assigns forever all my property real, personal, and mixed of what nature or kind solvent be and remaining in trust of my beloved wife, AMELIA ERDMAN, at the time of her death. And I do nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, AMELIA ERDMAN, Executor of this my last will and testament, with full power and authority to sell at public sale part or all of my personal property and convert the same into money. In witness whereof, I, ELLIS T. ERDMAN, the testator, have to this my will set my hand and seal this Twenty third [23] day of December A. D. 1912. E.T. ERDMAN, as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testator and of each other. R. P. Geist James E. Hoch State of Pennsylvania} County of Northumberland} Be it remembered that on this Thirtieth [30th] day of January A.D. 1913, before me E. V. Nicely, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting of Letters of administration in and for said County, personally appeared R. P. GEIST and JAMES E. HOCH the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of ELLIS T. ERDMAN, late of the Township of Upper Mahanoy, County and State aforesaid, deceased, who being duly sworn according to law do declare and say that they were personally present at the execution of the same and saw and heard the testator therein named, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the same as and for his last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.
