I Reuben Fagely of Coal Township, Northumberland County Pennsylvania, Being of full age, sound mind memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills, by me at any time heretofore made in any manner. I give and bequeath to my two beloved sisters Elizabeth Martz, Hannah Fagely, and Catharine Martz my niece, All my estate real and personal and mixt of whatsoever nature or kind that I may be possessed of at the time of my death during their natural life to use and dispose of as they may think proper. And the one dying first her part shall descend tot he two surviving ones. And so on down to the last one named in said will and after the last one, it is my desire if they should leave a balance it shall go to my lawful Heirs. I do nominate constitute and appoint my esteemed friends Elizabeth Martz, Hannah Fagely and Catharine Martz, to be my Executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I Reuben Fagely the testator have to this my will written on a sheet of common white paper, and set my hand and seal this 19th day of November A.D. 1864. Lake (seal) Withington Lake (seal) * * * * * * I Reuben Fagley the within named testator do hereby make and publish this codicil to my last will and testament bearing the date the 19th day of November A.D. eighteen hundred and sixty four. Item. I give and bequeath unto Ida V. B. Martz all my household and kitchen furniture including carpets beds and bedding, mirros pictures and all the furniture of every kind that is or may be on the premises where I now reside after the death of my Sister Hannah Fagely and my niece Catharine Martz. They have the use of the same as long as they both live. I also give and bequeath unto her the said Ida V. B. Martz my horses, cattle, Harness, carriages, wagons and all personal property in and about the dwelling house, stable lots and premises on which I now reside. It being my desire that they shall remain in the hands of one person My said Sister Hannah Fagely and my niece Catharine Martz to have the use of them during their lives and the life of the survivor of them. I hereby authorize my hereinafter named Executors to sell any of my real estate, at such times as they may think to the interest and advantage of my estate and hereby authorize and empower them to make good and sufficient deeds for the bond to the purchaser or purchasers thereof. I hereby nominate constitute and appoint Curtis Q. McWilliams, W. P. Withington Esq. Hannah Fagely and Catharine Martz Executors of my said last will and testament in place of those therein named and in case of the death of any one or more of them the survivors to have full power to act. Bucher, Register for the Probate of Wills, etc, in and for said county, Curtis Q.McWilliams who being duly swonr according to law did declare and say that to the best of their knowledge and belief Reuben Fagely died on the 21st day of February A.D. 1880.
