I Christian Fagely of Shamokin Township in the County of Northumberland do hereby make and publish this writing as and for my last will and testament. First. I bequeath and devise all my estate real and personal to my children to be equally divided among them according to the form and spirit of the intestate laws of this commonwealth, and by them, precisely as if this will had never been made, with the exceptions hereinafter mentioned. Second. I giva and bequeath to my beloved wife Magdalena my clock and case, just as it stands, during her natural life. Third. I give and devise to my beloved wife during her natural life the lot of land in the township of Shamokin that I purchased from Jacob Haas, adjoining my other land, land of Aaron Wilkinson and others, containing eleven acres and thirty nine perches, and the field above the turnpike belonging to my manor farm and adjoining the lot above mentioned, containing about an acre and a half, in life. Fourth. In addition to the above I give and bequeath to my beloved wife her full dower and [illegible word] in all my property real and personal, as if the will had not been made. Fifth. For the purpose of securing to my daughter Elizabeth intermarried with Henry Martz, the enjoyment of her portion of my estate, I hereby order and direct that the share of the said Elizabeth is devised to her for her own sole and separate use, so that neither her husband or his creditors, or any other person can touch it, or in any manner interfere with her sole and exclusive enjoyment of it. Sixth. If any of my children having lawful issue should depart this life before my decease, his her [illegible word] children shall have the parents share. Seventh. I revoke all former wills.
