I, Catherine A. Fagely, of the Borough of Shamokin, in the County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. AND FIRST. I order and direct that my body shall be decently interred, in the cemetery of what is generally known as the "BLUE CHURCH CEMETERY," in the family burial lot, aside of my late husband, Valentine Fagely, deceased, in the Townhip of Ralpho, County of Northumberland and state of Pennsylvania, and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life. AND AS TO SUCH WORLDLY ESTATE wherewith it has pleased GOD to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows, to wit; ITEM. I order and direct that any debts I may have at the time of my decease, and my funeral expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied, by my Executrix hereinafter named, so soon as the same can conveniently be done after me decease. I also order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, shall have the proper inscription cut upon the monument now erected upon our family burial lot in said Cemetery, wherein my said late husband lies buried, and ahve a proper marker placed upon my grave in the form of a head and foot marker of my grave as may indicate to my said executrix hereinafter named,to be proper. ITEM. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Utica E. Harris, widow, all of my household furniture, goods and utensils of every description, just as the same now is and may belong to me at the time of my decease, wheresoever located, and of which I may die possessed, and to her heirs and assigns forever. ITEM. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Flora C. Reed, the sum of three hundred ($300.00) dollars, and to her heirs and assigns forever. ITEM. I give and bequeath unto my son Albert R. Fagely, the sum of five hundred ($500.00) dollars, and to his heirs and assigns forever. ITEM. I give and bequeath unto my grandson William V. Reed, a son of my said daughter, Flora C. Reed, the sum of two hundred ($200.00) dollars, and to his heirs and assigns forever. ITEM. ALl the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal or mixed property, of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my decease, and not hereinbefore given and disposed of, I give, devise and bequeath unto my said daughter Utica E. Harris, and to her heirs and assigns forever. AND LASTLY, I constitute and appoint my said daughter Utica E. Harris, to sole executrix of this my last will and testament. Fagely, the testatrix, have, to this, my will, type-written on one sheet of plain paper, set my hand and seal, this sixth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one (1921). Register of Wills for the County of Northumberland, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania In the matter of the Probate of the last Will and Testament of Catherine A. Fagely Deceased, The Petition of Utica E. Harris respectfully showeth that she is the Executrix named in the last Will and Testament of Catherine A. fagely, dated the sixth (6th) day of January A.D. 1921. That said Catherine A. Fagely was a citizen of the United States and resident of Northumberland County, State of Pennsylvania, and departed this life at number 509 East Sunbury Street, in the Borough of Shamokin in the County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania on Tuesday the 28th day of March A.D. 1922, at 9 o'clock A.M. The said testatrix was possessed of personal property to the value of $1020.00 and of real estate (less incumbrance) of the value of NONE, as near as can be ascertained. Utica E. Harris
