I, Eliza E. Fisher, of the Township of Coal, in the County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I order and direct that my body be decently interred, and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life. AND as to such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows: viz: SECOND. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be fully paid by my Executor hereinafter named, so soon as conveniently may be after my death. THIRD. It is my will, and I order and direct that my daughters, Mary C. Ratigan, wife of William Ratigan, Sarah L. Seeger, wife of William S. Seeger, and Minnie M. Fisher, divide amicably between them, all of my best china and other ware, including glassware, also my bed clothes of the best kind that may still be on hand and in my possession at the time of my death. In case my said daughters above named cannot agree amicably to divide the same between them, then I order my Executor hereinafter named to sell and dispose of the same, and put the proceeds with the general fund of my estate for distribution as hereinafter directed. FOURTH. I give, devise and bequeath unto my Executor hereinafter named the sum of One hundred dollars in cash, out of the first moneys realized from my estate, either real or personal, after the payment of all my just debts, which said sum is to be held by my Executor without the payment of any interest on same whatever, until the death of my son Monroe M. Fisher, when he is to use the said sum in the defraying of the expenses of the burial of my said son, Monroe M. Fisher, and the erection of a tombstone over his grave. FIFTH. All the rest, and remainder of my estate not hereinbefore given and disposed of, I order and direct my Executor hereinafter named to convert into money, so soon as conveniently may be after my death, be it real, personal or mixed property, with full power and authority to him my said Executor hereinafter named, to sell the same at either public or private sale, or sales, for the best price or prices that can be gotten for the same, and with full power and authority to my said Executor hereinafter named, to make, execute and deliver a good and sufficient deed or deeds of cenveyance, or conveyances of the said real-estate to the purchaser or purchasers of the same. SIXTH. And when the whole of my said estate is converted into money as aforesaid, by my Executor hereinafter named, I order and direct that the proceeds arising therefrom after the deduction of all legitimate costs and expenses incurred in the proper conduction of my said estate in the disposition of the same as directed, be divided as follows;-The sum of one ($1.00) dollar thereof, I give, devise and bequeath unto my said son Monroe M. Fisher, his heirs and assigns forever. And the full balance I order and direct be equally divided share and share alike, among my children, namely, Charles Fisher, Henry M. Fisher, Galen M. Fisher, George E. Fisher, Hacker J. Fisher, Mary C. Ratigan, wife of the said William Ratigan, Sarah L. Seeger, wife of the said William S. Seeger, and Minnie M. Fisher, their and each of their heirs and assigns forever. AND LASTLY, I do hereby constitute and appoint William E. Ressler, now residing in the Borough of Shamokin, Pennsylvania, sole Executor of this my last will and testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Eliza E. Fisher, the testatrix, have to this my will, type-written on one sheet of paper, set my hand and seal by my mark, this Twenty-first day of December A.D. One thousand nine hundred and seven (1907). Fisher deceased, I will well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of siad deceased, agreeably to law, and that I will comply with the provisions of the law relating to collateral inheritances.
