I Catherine Frick of the Borough of Milton in the County of Northumberland State of Pennsylvania do Make and Publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and first I direct that my body be decently buried and as to such worldly estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows: All my bank stock and bridge stock to be equal divided between my two daughters Catherine and Margaret and also all my Personal estate to be equal divided as aforesaid between my two daughters except as [illegible word] as My sons choose to take of the articles of household furniture and Further I direct that all my real estate to be equally divided between my two daughters share and share alike. My said sons John, Robert, Jacob and Henry to have of the personal property of household furniture in value not [to] exceed Fifty dollars each. I Further direct that my two daughters shall have sufficient [illegible word] to be paid out of my estate and further I direct that all the money that I have have at this time or may have at the time of my death to be equal divided after paying my debts, except same money that I hold formerly belonging to Margaret Frick or Grandmother Frick to be equally divided between my three sisters and John Montgomery and my son Robert Frick share and share alike. And further I do appoint my son Robert my executor, my lawful attorney to fulfill this my last will and testament and further I direct that half dozen silver tea spoons to my daughter Margaret and also my silver table spoons to my daughter Margaret and the silver cream jug and half dozen silver tea spoons to my daughter Catherine. I also hereby ordain and constitute and appoint Robert M. Frick executor of this my last will and testament and do declare this my last will and testament in witness whereof I the said Catherine Frick have this day made my last will and testament contained in this sheet.
