I Elizabeth Frick Senior of the Town of Northumberland Do make and publish this as and for my last will and testament, to wit: Firstly. I direct my body after my decease to be buried by my executor in a decent and Christian like manner hoping for a glorious resurrection through the merits of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Secondly. I order and direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be first paid out of my estate. Thirdly. I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Martha Hurley Frick my Irish chain laid quilt. Fourthly. I give and bequeath to my son Benjamin P. Frick my large copper kettle and my high case of drawers. Fifthly. I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Elizabeth N. Thornton my silver spectacles. Sixthly. I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Elizabeth Frick daughter of my son James all my wearing apparel, my umbrellas and all my household and kitchen furniture not above given and bequeathed and also one hundred and fifty dollars. Seventhly. I give and bequeath all the residue of my estate as follows-- one fifth part thereof to my son Frederick, one fifth part thereof to Catherine Frick widow of my son Henry, one fifth part thereof to my son Benjamin, one fifth part thereof to the children of my son George, and the other fifth part thereof to my son Benjamin to be applied by him to the use of my son James' family. Lastly I appoint my son Benjamin P. Frick Executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this Twelfth day of August A.D. 1845.
