I Daniel Heilman of Lower Augusta Township Northumberland County Pennsylvania,
Farmer and Cabinet maker, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do 
make and publish this my last will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

And first I direct that my body be decently buried in the Stone Church cemetery
where my first wife was buried according to the rites and ceremonies of the 
Lutheran Church, and that my funeral be conducted in manner corresponding
with my estate and situation in life.

Second I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid in 
accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.

Third, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Rebecca all my real and 
personal estate during her natural life, and after her death my Executor
hereinafter named shall expose to sale, either at public or private sale all
the personal property which may not be used up by my said wife in her lifetime
and also my farm and real estate situate in Lower Augusta aforesaid and 
Bounded by lands of Henry W. Malick, William Renn, Henry Bartholomew and 
others Containing about fifty acres more or less.  Provided my said wife shall
deliver a sufficient amount of the personal or real estate, of the personal
is insufficient, to pay all my just debts funeral expenses and expenses of
settling my estate, to my Executor or pay him a sufficient amount of money
to pay the same.

Fourth, that after the above provisions are complied with and time specified
elapsed I direct that all my estate Real personal and mixed being converted
into money shall be divided between all my children share and share alike.

And lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my son Jeremiah Heilman sole 
executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof, I Daniel Heilman the testator have to this, my will
written on one sheet of paper, set my hand and seal, this fifteenth day of
May A.D. eight hundred and seventy three.
