Adam Howerter Will, 1819 November the 29th 1819, I the Subscriber acknowledge that this is my earnest will, that my two sons Adam and Peter Howarter as Administrators shall divide all my goods amongst my Children in equal parts, after my death the shall let all my loose goods be appraised, and make vendue, and make the money in equal shares except what my burying expenses are the shall be paid before hand, but Elizabeth or her children shall have her share, and that shall also be divided amongst them in equal shares, she has yet to receive L28.0.6 till she has received one hundred Pounds but this would be my wish, that none of my Children should go to Law, which I sign with my hand by witness and seal.
