Kershner, of the Borough of Shamokin County of Northumberland State of Pennsylvania. Make my last will I give and Devise to my wife Ida. All of my personal property of what-soever Kind And also. All of that certain Money or Share, coming to one by the Will of my Father, Mathias Kashner to one for the Maintanance of my Children. And I here by Appoint my wife Ida Executor and Gardian of this Will. In witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and delivered this Instrument as my last will this 16th day of Jan 1897. The said Jos. E. Kerschner at said place, and said day, Signed and Sealed this instrument and published and declared the same, as and for, his last will and we at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other have hereunto written of names as subscribing witnessess Witness his Francis Hoover Jos. Otto and Susan Kerschner the subscribing witnesess to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Joseph E. Kershner late of the borough of Shamokin County and State aforesaid deceased, who being duly sworn according to law do declare and say that they were personally present at the execution of the same and saw and heard the testator therein named sign seal, publish, pronounce and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testamentary and that at the time of so doing he was of sound disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.
