Know all men by these Presents, that I Robert Lamont, of Coal Township, in the County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills, by me at any time heretofore made. As to my worldly estate and all my property real personal and mixed, of which I shall die seized and possesses as to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I devise bequeath and dispose thereof as follows, to wit; First, My will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall, by my executrix hereinafter named, be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by her be found convenient. Item, I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Margaret Lamont, her heirs and assigns foreve, all my property real personal and mixed, of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same my be at the time of my death. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint, my said wife Margaret Lamont sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I Robert Lamont the above named testator, have to this my last will and testament written upon one sheet of paper, set my hand and seal this Thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Seventy four.
