Apparently, it was copied as written into the willbook, but all the mis-spellings that the original transcriber noticed were underlined. ________________________________________________________________________ William Malick Dec'd Will In the name of God Amen: I William Malick of Rockefeller Township in the County of North'm state of Pennsylvania Yeoman being admonshd by age and infirmity that the days of my Earthly pilgrimmage are drawing to a close, but being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore made and declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. First and principally I commend my Spirit unto God who gave it and my body To the Earth to be buried in a decent and Christian like manner at the discretion of my Executor. As to such Worldy estate as God has been pleased to bless me with, I dispose of the same in the following manner. I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid by my Executor as soon after my death as the same can conveniently be done. Item: I direct my Executor to dispose of my personal property at public Sale on the premises except such Articles as my beloved wife Hannah Malick may select for her use I direct that the said Hannah Malick shall have power to select for her future use any part of my personal property she may desire for her future use. I direct also that my beloved wife Hannah Malick shall have the sole Control of my Real Estate and all income there from as long as she remains my Widow. I direct that my executor shall attend to geting material and have my part of the line or partition fences made between my real estate and Jacob Miller also between mine and Matthew D. Dewitt. I direct that in case of long sickness in disability my beloved wife Hannah Malick should not have sufficient means for her comfortable maintinance heretofore provided for I direct authorize and empower my Executor to furnish her with what money she may need thang not to exceed the value of my real estate. I make the foregoing provisions only so long as she remains my Widow. I direct that after the death or marriage of my beloved wife Hannah Malick, I direct authorized and empower my Executor to dispose of my Real Estate at public Sale and divide proceeds of the same in Equal shares between my three sons named Hiram H. Malick, Simon P. Malick and William H. Malick and two daughters named Harriett intermarried with Samuel Keefer and Maria intermarried with Jacob Wolf. I do hereby constitute and appoint my son Simon Peter Malick to be the executor of my last Will and Testament hereby declaring this and no other to be my last Will. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 18th day of March 1885. D. 1885 before me George D. Bucher Register for the Probate of Wills and granting of Letters of Administration in and for said County personally appeared Jacob Miller and John R. Malick the subscribing Witnesses to the foregoing instrument of Writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of William Malick late of the Township of Rockefeller County and state aforesaid deceased, who being duly sworn according to law did declare and say that they were personally present at the execution of the same and saw and heard the testator therein named sign seal publish pronounce and declare the same as and for his last Will and Testament and that at the time of so doing he was of sound disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their Knowledge and belief. D. 1885 Before me was proved approved and insinuated the last Will and Testament of William Malick late of Rockefeller Twp deceased. who died on the day of A.
