In the Name of God Amen. I Henry Rebuck of the township of Washington in the County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania, Yeoman, Being in perfect health of Body, and of sound mind, memory and understanding, Blessed be God for the same, but considering the uncertainty of this life, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form following to wit; Principally and first of all I command my immortal soul into the hands of God who give it, and my body to the earth, to be Buried in a decent and Christian like manner, And as to such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life, I give and dispose of the same in the following manner to wit; I give and devise unto my wife Anna Maria the House where we now live in during her natural life, and all my personal estate or so much as she wants also during her life time and after the decease of my widow I want that all my personal property be sold at public sale by me executor hereinafter named, and the money thereof to be divided among my Son Elias, and the legal heirs of my son Peter B. Rebuck, share and share alike, Secondly I give and devise unto my son Elias Rebuck fifty four acres. 32 perches of land and allowence, whereon we now live, with the appertenences thereunto belonging, and also forty two acres and sixty three perches of land, adjoining land [illegible name] Adam, Godfrey Rebuck, and others, for which said two tracts of land I have deeds ready executed and to be delivered to him after my decease, for which said two tracts of land he must pay the sum of Eleven hundred dollars to the legal heirs of my son Peter B. Rebuck or their guardian in the following payments viz; two hundred and twenty dollars one year after my decease, and two hundred and twenty dollars more thereof two years after my decease, and then yearly two hundred and twenty dollars until the said Eleven hundred dollars are fully paid. But my son Elias Rebuck, is to give to my wife Anna Maria, Eight bushels of wheat, and four bushel of Rye, and three bushel of buckwheat, every year during her natural life, he must also keep one cow in hay and pasture with his cattle (said cow to [be] changed as often as she gets too old) during her life time, he must also keep eight chickens for my widow. My son Elias is to chop so much fire wood fine for the stove and take it to the house of my wife, as she is in well off, and likewise furnish Coals for my widow as much as she needs, the Said Elias is also to give to my widow twelve pounds of coffee, and six pounds of sugar, every year during her life time, My said Son Elias Rebuck, is to provide for my wife and tend her in sickness and in health during her life, he is also to give to my widow so much apples and applebutter as is in need of, if it gives any, and likewise so with potatoes, he must also give to my widow one fat Hog weighing one and fifty pounds, or so much meat as she needs, every year during her life. I give and devise unto the legal heirs of my son Peter B. Rebuck, the sum of Eleven hundred dollars to be paid to them by my son Elias, as above mentioned, also I give and devise unto the legal heirs of my son Peter B. Rebuck, twenty acres & 141 perches of land in fee simple, adjoining land of John Wiest, John Kiefer, and others, further I give and devise unto my son Elias Rebuck, and to the legal heirs of Son Peter B. Rebuck, one undivided tract of land containing nineteen acres and twenty perches and allowances, adjoining land of John Mayer, Daniel Reitz, and others, said tract to be divided in two equal shares, one thereof to my son Elias, and the other to the heirs of my son Peter, And lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my Son Elias Rebuck, to be my executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament.
