I John Repley of Shamokin Township in the County of Northumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, being of Sound Mind, Memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and Testament in the manner anf form following, viz: First, I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the first moneys that may come into my executors hands, herein after named, from any portion of my Estate Real or personal. Secondly, I do hereby give devise and bequeath unto my Beloved wife Rachel Repley all my personal and mixed property together with the house and tract of land on which we now reside, Situate in the Township aforesaid and containing Seventy one acres or there about adjoining lands of James Yocum, Hanna Martz and others, to have and to hold the said personal and mixed property and the said land and appurtenances for and during her natural life. Also, it is my will that after the death of my wife Rachel aforesaid I give and bequeath unto Samuel Sober $34.50--I give and bequeath to Susannah Sober who is married to Isaac Scott $55.50, and to David Woodsides, Heir of Esther Sober dec'd who was married to Thomas Woodsides the Sum of $38.00, the above three sums to be paid to them their heirs or assigns out of the property I have given and bequeathed unto my said wife Rachel in this my last will and Testament, before mentioned. And all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate Real and personal of whatsoever kind or nature the same may be, I give and devise the Same unto my eight children namely Mary A. Repley married to Samuel Campbell, Mary H. Repley married to Peter Boughner, Elizabeth Repley married to Simeon Campbell, Henry Repley, Jane H. Repley married to Henry K. Price, Ann Lewissa Repley, Savilla B. Repley and Rebecca C. Repley, share and share alike their heirs and assigns forever. And I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Rachel Repley to be Executrix of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I John Repley the testator have to this my will set my hand and seal this second day of November in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Sixtey four (1864).
