I, Henry M. Robins, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may by after my decease. As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with I dispose of the same as follows:- First,-I give, devise and bequeath the use of all my real and personal estate to my beloved wife, Louisa Robins, for her maintenance and support during her natural life, and also the use of so much of the income and principal of my personal estate as she may see fit to use for her maintenance and support during her life. It is my will that my aforesaid wife shall live in my house situate in Rockefeller Township, Northumberland County, Penna., if she chooses to or if she desires she may rent the same and receive the rent and income therefrom, however, in either case she shall pay the taxes, and insurance and keep the property in ordinary repair. Second,-After the death of my said wife, Louisa Robins, I direct that my hereinafter named Executor shall pay to the Trustees of the First Baptist Church of Sunbury, Pa., the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for church purposes, the same to be free of any collateral inheritance tax. Third,-All the rest and residue of my estate I give, devise and bequeath as follows:- The one half thereof to the Pennsylvania Baptist State Mission Society, absolutely. The one twelfth (1/12) thereof to my niece Harriet A. Ressler, wife of Andrew Ressler. The one twelfth (1/12) thereof to my niece, Maria J. Poff, wife of Lawrence Poff. The one third thereof to my sister, Martha J. Miller, widow of Isaac Miller, or her heirs. The same to be free from collateral inheritance tax which is to be paid by my estate, and also the said proportions are to be taken from the rest and residue after the payment of my debts, and the devise to the First Baptist Church of Sunbury, and after my hereinafter named Executor has made provisions for the monument hereinafter mentioned. And lastly I do hereby name, constitute and appoint Wm. H.I. Miller, Executor of this my last will and testament, and I do hereby direct him to keep the funds of my estate invested in good and lawful real estate securities during the life of my wife, and also to provide a suitable monument for myself and wife, not to exceed in cost the sum of one hundred dollars, and it is my will that he should receive in addition to the compensation allowed by law, such pay as would be equal to wages for the time devoted in carrying out the provisions of this my will, and I do hereby authorize and direct him to sell and convey my real estate at public or private sale, after the death of my wife, and to make good and sufficient deed or deeds for the same. In witness whereof I, Henry M. Robins, the Testator, have to this my will written on two sheets of paper in typewriting, se my hand and seal this fourth day of June A.D., 1910. Henry M.
