In the name of God, Amen. I, Jeremiah Savidge of the Borough of Sunbury, County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First. I do hereby order and direct my hereinafter named Executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as possible, under the circumstances. Second. I hereby give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Harriet A. Savidge all my personal property, of every nature and kind whatever, absolutely, except the personal property belonging to the firm of J. Savidge & Son hereinafter mentioned. Third. I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Harriet A. Savidge, the house and lot where we now reside, during the term of her natural life; and at her death I give devise and bequeath the said real estate to my son William G. Savidge for and during the term of his natural life, and at the death of my said son William G. Savidge, the real estate herein mentioned to go to his children absolutely, share and share alike. Fourth. It is my will and I hereby order and direct my hereinafter named Executor to continue and carry on the business of the firm of J. Savidge & Son as it now exists, under the firm name, and to pay over to my said wife, Harriet A. Savidge, my entire share of the profits of the said business during her natural life, making up for her, once each year, a statement of the condition of the firm, if she so desires it. And at the death of my said wife, I give and bequeath my interest in the firm of J. Savidge & Son unto my son, William G. Savidge, absolutely. Lastly. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved son, William G. Savidge, sole Executor of this my last will and testament. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Jeremiah Savidge, the testator, have to this, my last will and testament, written on two sheets of type writing paper, set my hand and seal this nineth day of July A.D. 1902.
