In the name of God, Amen. I, Simon P. Savidge, of the Borough of Sunbury, County of Northumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, and considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and to the end that I may be better prepared to leave this world whenever it shall please God to call me hence, I do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And first. I direct tht my body be decently interred and my funeral conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life. As to such estate as it has pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same as follows: Imprimis. I desire all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid and satisfied by me Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease; Item. All the rest and residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Jane I. Savidge, as her sole and absolute property. Item. And I do nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the Twenty-fourth day of August A.D. 1906. Simon P. Savidge (seal)
