Will of William E. Malick, deceased In the name of God Amen I William E. Malick, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last Will and Testament -- -- Item -- I direct that my body be decently buried and all my just debts be paid as soon after my death as can be done without injury to my estate. Item -- I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Mary E. Malick, all my estate real personal and mixed, to have and hold to her and her heirs forever absolutely. I nominate constitute and appoint my beloved wife Mary E. Malick to whom I have devised absolutely all of my estate, the executrix of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd day of June 1905 W. E. D. 1905, before me The Register for the Probate of Wills and granting of Letters of Admin- Malick, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of William E. Malick late of the Borough of Shamokin, County and State aforesaid deceased who being duly sworn according to law to declare adn say that they were personally present at the execution of the same as and for his last Will and Testament and that the time of so doing he was of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief. Sworn and subscribed to before me U. G. Unger F. M. Van Devenders Emuel[sic] Malick Register Be it Remembered, That on this 30th day of June A. D. 1905, before and was proved approved and insinuated in due and Common forms of law the last Will and Testament of William E. Malick, late of the Borough of Shamokin, County and State aforesaid, deceased, who died on the 23rd day of June A.
