Pinegrove, Sept 15th 1859 William Forsyth Esq Dear Sir, Some few days ago I received from the Prothonotary at Williamsport a certified copy of the discontinuance of the suit of the W.B. Bank, a copy of which I enclose herewith. This I suppose will now remove all difficulty in the way of closing up our old business, and if it suits you I will try to be at Northumberland within the first week of October and have all matters arranged between ourselves. Please answer as soon as convenient. Respectfully yours, J.H. Cowden
