My dear Jennie,



I have been wanting to write to you ever since I heard of your dear mother's 

death but this is the first minute I have had.

I have thought of you so much, for I know only too well what it is to lose 

one's dear mother and I wanted to send you my

love and sympathy.  You have had your hands very full these past months or 

even years and yet have always been a loving

devoted daughter which will be a great comfort to you in your grief.



With very much love to you and kindest regards to your father.
