Wentz, late of Jackson township, deceased, On Sale of Real Estate Filed 15th Nov 1897 Bond Book B, pg. 634 Know all Men by these Presents THAT we, Andrew J. Wentz Administrator, &c., of George W. Wentz, late of the township of Jackson, in the County of Perry, deceased, and Jacob Wentz and Henry Rinesmith all of said county, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the sum of Four Thousand and Fifty Dollars, lawful money of the United States, to be paid to the said Commonwealth, her certain attorney and assigns; to which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves jointly and severally, our heirs, executors and administrators, firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals, and dated the 15th day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-seven. Whereas, the Orphans' Court of said County of Perry did on the fifteenth day of November, A.D. 1897, order the said Andrew J. Wentz, Administrator aforesaid, to sell two certain tracts of land situate in Jackson township, Perry County, Pa., Tract Number One containing Thirty-nine acres and sixty-four perches, more or less, and Tract Number Two, being woodland, containing Fifty acres and allowance with appurtenances, late the estate of said decedent, for the payment of his debts, the said Andrew J Wentz, administrator, first having filed in the office of the Clerk of said Court a Bond in the sum of Four Thousand and Fifty Dollars, with sureties to be approved by the Court, conditioned for the faithful appropriation of the proceeds of such sale according to his respective duties. Now the condition of this Obligation is such, That if the said Andrew J. Wentz, administrator as aforesaid, shall faithfully appropriate the proceeds of such sale according to his respective duties then this obligation to be void, or else to be and remain in full force and virtue.
