A. KERSTETTER William A. Kerstetter, Middleburg, R. D. 2, died at his home Saturday, July 16th at 3:30 p.m. of complications. The deceased was born October 6, 1885, at Liverpool, R. D. the son of the late Aaron and Barbara Shaffer Kerstetter. He graduated from the Cheney High School and Eastern Washington College of Education of Cheney, Washingtan and the Eastman College, New York City. For many years he taught school at Spokane, Washington. He married Anna Egglestone, of Cheney, Washington. They moved to Middleburg, R. D. two years ago. He was a life long member of the Salem Ev./U. B. Church, R. D. Liverpool. Surviving are his wife and two children by a former marriage, Mrs. David Blottenberger, Liverpool and Mrs. Arlene Banetti of California; a foster son, Earl Hockenbroch, and two brothers, Wesley of Liverpool and John of Millerstown. Funeral services were held from Barner's church, Liverpool, R. D., Wednesday at 2 p.m. Rev. M. O. Mickey, Liverpool, officiated. Interment was made in the church cemetery. Clipping 1949
