Clayton S. Shaffer

  LIVERPOOL – Clayton S. Shaffer, 64, of Liverpool RD 1 died Wednesday in 
Polyclinic Hospital, Harrisburg.
  He was the retired co-owner of Hayes-Stahl Lumber Co. of Mount Pleasant Mills 
RD 1 and a member of St. James United Methodist Church, Millerstwon RD 2, and 
AARP.
  Surviving are his wife, Arlene Hockenbroch Shaffer; one son, Larry E. of 
Liverpool RD 2; his mother, Mildred Stahl Shaffer Rice; three sisters, Louvonna 
Flanders and Lois Mosey, both of Port Trevorton RD 1, and Carol Robinson of 
Marysville; and three grandchildren.
  Services will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow in Garman Funeral Home.  Burial will 
be in Barner's Cemetery, Liverpool RD 1.
  Viewing will be from 7 to 9 tonight at the funeral home.
