MATTHEW S. SHOPE

  Matthew S. Shope, 18, of Red Barberry Drive, Newberry Twp., York County, died 
Tuesday, May 22, 2001 at home.
  He was born Dec. 22, 1982 in Harrisburg.
  He was employed by McDonald's in Etters and was a 2000 graduate of Greenwood 
High School, Millerstown.
  Surviving are his parents, Maynard Shope of Liverpool RR 1 and Linda Willi 
Shope of Liverpool; a brother, Maynard Jr. of McAlisterville; four sisters, 
Sandy Adams of Manhatten, Kan., Vickey Soder of Liverpool, Natalie Shope of 
Thompsontown and Stephanie Moore of Etters; and his maternal grandparents, 
Herman and Gladys Willi of Liverpool.
  Services were held May 26 in Garman Funeral Home, Liverpool, with the Rev. 
Robert Gray officiating.  Burial was in St. John's (Barner's) Cemetery, 
Liverpool RR 1.
