Spicher, 75, of 514 E. Hummelstown St. died Thursday at home. He retired as a painter from the former Olmsted Air Force Base, Lower Swatara Twp.; was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II, and a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and the Elizabethville VFW and American Legion posts. Surviving are his wife, Carole L. Lyons Spicher, two sons, Jeffry L. and Guy E., both of Elizabethtown; a twin brother, Jay of Middletown; four other brothers, Walter of Tower City, Alvin of Elizabethville, Bruce of Alexandria, Minn., and Larry of Sherburne, N.Y.; and four sisters, Beula Keefer of Harrisburg and Ruby Zeigler, Gloria Nice and Molly Wiest, all of Elizabethville. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Miller Funeral Home. Burial will be in Barner's Cemetery, Liverpool. Viewing will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday in the funeral home.
