Stinehart, 58, RR1 Liverpool LIVERPOOL – Frank A. Stinehart, 58, of RR1 Liverpool, died at 9:15 p.m. Sunday, April 5, 1998, in the emergency room of the Polyclinic Medical Center, after becoming ill at his home. He was born May 1, 1939, in Cleveland, the son of the late Frank and Laura (Ames) Stinehart. On Nov. 9, 1968, he married the former Frances Marie Ramedia, who died March 27, 1996. Mr. Stinehart graduated from Cleveland schools and was a 1958 graduate of the Ohio Military Institute. An Army veteran, he served three tours in Vietnam and was a staff sergeant. He was awarded the Armed Forces Expeditionary, National Defense Service, Vietnam Service, Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign with 60 device medals; the Aircraft Crewman and Sharpshooter badges; and the Army Commendation Medal with one OLC. He was currently employed part-time by the KwikFill service station, Duncannon. Mr. Stinehart was of the Catholic faith. A member and service officer of the Liverpool American Legion Post 364, he was a member of the Millerstown Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 925; Disabled American Veterans Chapter 49; and the Social Order of Owls, Newport. He was an avid outdoorsman. Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Lee Foreman and her husband, John F. of RR1 Liverpool, and Frances L. Bruno of Mechanicsburg; four grandchildren, Joseph Foreman, LeeAnn Teats, John Ferko and Lisa Cammers; 10 great-grandchildren; Valerie, Michael and Jonathan Lyter, John, James and Katrina Ferko, Bradley and Alyssa Jo Foreman and David and Sandra Lee Teats; and one great-great- granddaughter, Alissandra Lyter. He was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Angela Maria Foreman, 1988. A graveside funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Barners (St. John's) Lutheran Cemetery, RR1 Liverpool, by Robert Thompson, senior vice commander and past commander of the Liverpool American Legion Post. Military rites will be conducted by the Liverpool American Legion Post. There will be no viewing or visitation. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Pinnacle Health Hospice, 3705 Elmwood Drive, Harrisburg, Pa. 17110. Arrangements were by the George P. Garman Funeral Home, 606 N.
