Willi, 72, of Liverpool, died Wednesday at 7:45 p.m. at the Good Samaritan Convalescent Home, Liverpool, where he had been a guest for the past two months. He had been in failing health for some time. Mr. Willi was born July 12, 1885 at Liverpool R. D. He was the son of the late Lewis and Amelia Witmer Willi. He resided in the Liverpool area all of his life. Mr. Willi had been employed by the old Danville Iron Works for many years. In later years he served 20 years on the maintenance crew for the Department of Highways in Perry County. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Liverpool R. D., and the Oriental P.O.S. of A. His wife, the former Mae Foust, preceded him in death. He is survived by two sons, Raymond Willi, of Danville, and Russel Willi, of Chatham, N.J.; two daughters whose names could not be learned; and a sister, Mrs. Jennie Murray, of Harrisburg. Funeral arrangements are in charge of Garman's Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant Mills, and will be announced tomorrow.
