At high noon yesterday, at the home of the bride's parents in New Bloomfield, Perry county, Miss Laura C. Witherow, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel S. Witherow, and a sister of Mr. W. M. Witherow, of the TRIBUNE business office, was united in marriage to Mr. Wilson Franklin Castles, of Dimmsville, Juniata county. The officiating clergyman was Rev. F. T. Wheeler, pastor of the Presbyterian church of New Bloomfield. A number of ladies and gentlemen, relatives and friends, from Altoona were in attendance. The bride has many friends here, having been a visitor to the city on a number of occasions, and these will all unite in wishing her much happiness. The groom was at one time a resident of Altoona, but at present resides in Dimmsville. The newly married couple will shortly make their home in New Bloomfield, where Mr. Castles will enter the mercantile business. Morning Tribune, Altoona, Thursday, November 16, 1899
