McNaughton In the Name of God, Amen, I, Solomon B. McNaughton of Oliver of Township, Perry County, Penn, Farmer, being sick and weak in body Oliver Township but of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make & declare this to be my Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say; I order that my just debts, funeral expenses & charges of proving this, my will, be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof, and every part thereof, I will: 1st That a reasonable time after mt death that Henrietta McNaughton is to have $1200 dollars and as much of the personal goods in the house as she wishes to take for services rendered. 2nd I will Letitia McNaughton and William John Penn McNaughton, Five hundred dollars each. 3rd I will $1000. To be equally divided between Joseph McNaughton, Ephriam Rider, & Solomon B. McNaughton, Jr. 4th I will that after my burial, that a brick wall be built around my grave, two feet high and a marble slab put on the top to cover the wall. 5th I will and empower my executor to sell at private or public sale to the best advantage, all my rea l and personal property that I may have at my death and I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint John H. Smith of Oliver Township, county & state afore mentioned, executor of this my Will and making void all former and other wills by me at anytime heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament. I witness whereof I, the said testator, Solomon B. McNaughton, have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this Seventh day of May, One Thousand eight hundred and eighty. Solomon B.
